The breakfast could have had more variations. It was the same for 8 days. We had to say when the toilet paper, soap and shower cream was finished. They had no routine to check for refill. We had booked for 3 persons, but got bedding sets and towels for two. Had to ask for it. Very hear through - you could hear neighbor being on toilet. Not for sensitive people. People working was very friendly! The best with the hotel!

Good location, 5 minutes away from beach and main Street in Alanya. Fast and friendly check in. Room was very clean and comfy bed. Had every Bosch kitchen appliance, fridge freezer, hob, oven, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and more. Breakfast and cleaning staff were great, nothing was a problem to them. Vacation time in Aria Riva Hotel Alanya

My wife and I chose this apartment hotel, and we were not mistaken. We spent a total of 2 weeks in this beautiful place. The staff was friendly and welcoming, with pleasant ladies and gentlemen at the reception always greeting us with a smile. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience staying in this place. We had a great vacation in this hotel in July 2024. Very clean, good location close to the shops downtown and Cleopatra beach. We want to thank you, Vera for your help at the reception and Avsar for a good service at the restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and well served. The pool was clean and there was no need to book sunbeds close to the pool in advance. We were also satisfied with massage and beuty services provided by Seirap at the hotel.

The Aria Riva Hotel was an amazing choice for our summer vacation in Alanya. The location is superb, close to everything: the bus station is a 2-min walk, and the beach is just 2 min away. It’s in the city center but on a quieter side, which is perfect. The staff is friendly, professional, and always helpful. A huge thanks to Erika and Aliya, who made us feel like cherished guests at a close relative’s home. The hotel’s interior is one of my most important criteria, and Aria Riva’s is impeccable. The cafeteria, lobby, entrance, and, most importantly, the suite itself are beautifully designed. Even small details, like the two decorative flower pots in the kitchen being different colors, show careful thought. Everything is well-planned: the cabinets are neatly arranged, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, all electronic devices work perfectly, and the bathroom is both stylish and practical. They also arranged a VIP transfer for us with an extra payment, and both transfers were highly comfortable in a spacious VIP minivan. The drivers were professional and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. The swimming pool is nice, though I would have preferred it to be in a more open area with fresher air. Still, the space is comfortable and private, which is a plus. With the beautiful beach and its free entrance so close, I actually did not use the pool that frequently. We also used the spa area for an additional fee and were very pleased with the experience.
