This hotel is in perfect location with sea just a step away. The food is nice too. Staff are friendly. Room is lush and so comfy. It was cleaned every day. Cleopatra beach is amazing. The Caves and Cable cars are only 10 min walk i clude the museum. I will happily return there in the future.

Great location

After an initial error caused by Hotels.com, the manager and team went out of their way to make my stay easy. They were very kind, and because of them I would stay there again. The property is in a fabulous location for buses, Kleopatra beach and the castle. There are sunny balconies, and they are very kind to cats which is so important to the European market. A+++++

The hotel is in good condition, clean and close to the beach. I recommend staying half board rather than all inclusive (unless you like to drink more than eating) since food is not good.

Mukava perushotelli, mutta siivouksessa olisi parannettavaa. Kylpyhuoneesta näkee, ettei perussiivousta ole pitkään aikaan tehty kunnolla (saumat täynnä mustia jälkiä). Sähkökatkon aikana meni pitkään ennenkuin generaattori käynnistyi, hissiä ei tehnyt mieli käyttää sen jälkeen.
