Doesn't deserve to be listed on any website. The staff send me the wrong address, after losing more than 50 euro extra i finally got there . The receptionist was very cold , not a word in English, he kept texted me in local language . The room and bed sheets was not clean . I couldn't take a shower after a long trip . Ended up checking out few hours after my arrival to look for a real place to sleep. Don't recommend this place if you want to have a good time in Alanya.

The hotel’s wonderful all the staff are courteous and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again in the near future. Very reasonably priced and close to all local amenities including beach, restaurants, cafes and supermarket. Five star recommendations all round.

Sıcak suyu geçtim normal akan su bile yoktu. Duş başlığı kırıktı zaten su da çok az akıyordu. Sular mı kesik diye görevliye sorduğumda depoda su kalmadı herkes kullandığı için biraz bekleyin cevabı aldım. Yani leş gibi bir deneyim oldu. Yerler çok temiz sayılmazdı. Konum olarak alışveriş merkezinin içinde. Genel olarak kötü bir konaklama oldu

Jag älskar att bo på Lofts Luna, det är den perfekta mellanlandningen för mig som reser ofta i området! Boendet är mycket tryggt, jag reser ofta som ensam kvinna och personalen är betryggande! Städpersonalen är trevlig och alla är väldigt hjälpsamma! Gillar att det finns busstation med direkt koppling till Alanya, affär längst ner i byggnaden och restauranger. Nära till stranden och gott liv på kvällarna, men ändå lugn för att sova!
