Dear Guest, Thank you very much for the feedback.Sorry to hear you had warm water problem. Actually, our hotel's water heating system is central. In other words, if the water is not warm it should not be warm in all rooms. When the tap is on, it may take some time for the warm water reaches to the tap due to floor where the relevant room is located and/or the water pressure at that time. May be you had such a problem.
