Private: garden 1'000 m2 (fenced) lawn and wildlife garden. Stepped path (10 steps) to the house. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop 2.2 km, sandy beach 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Muretto Alassio 4 km, Villa Pergola 3 km, Aquapark le Caravelle 15 m. Please note: car recommended.
