7 km from Ajaccio and 8 km from the superb beach of the Gulf of Lava, you can relax in this spacious 80m2 loft, cozy and super bright, rated 4*, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located in Alata in the countryside, 20 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the port, the ground floor loft (villa bottom) is equipped with everything you need to enjoy al fresco meals and lounging. Baby equipment available, and we have a kayak! it's a loft so no closed room except the bathroom

Very spacious loft 80m2 and bright with one new large bed (160x200) and one large sofa beds (very comfortable), a desk, a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen (with coffee Nespresso, blender, small oven, toaster, kettle, orange press, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven...) and TV, WIFI. Outside, you have two gardens fully fenced, with a garden table, a garden lounge, a Weber barbecue, deckchairs, a large hammock, a small swing, an outdoor shower, a garden and private parking. Inside the loft we have installed large curtains, which, closed, separate the room to the rest of the piece, for more privacy if you come with children or more. it's a loft so no closed room except the bathroom. We also have an extra bed for children if needed. Be aware that the house in which the loft is located is composed of two levels, the first being where we live with my little girl and my husband and the second, below is the loft. No worries, there are no vis-à-vis, everyone is on his side with his private garden! (you right side and we left side). We are very discreet, and so far, all our tenants have never had to complain!
We provide you sheets, towels and even beach towels so you do not have to load luggage! And for rainy days I have games for children and adults available as well as books for children and all ages! And if you have babies, we have all the necessary childcare equipment: baby bed with wooden bars (80x120cm), sheets for the bed and baby towels, stroller, high chair, baby hiking carrier, bottle warmer, seat car for 4/8 years, food processor and bath chair! We also provide you with beach toys, a swing and a small baby pool for the garden. No need to come overloaded with suitcases to our place! The entire garden is fenced so there is no risk of children escaping!
Unfortunately this loft is not accessible to people with disabilities due to the width of the bathroom door.

This apartment offers its guests a terrace, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
