Every staff interaction was excellent... check-in (let me check in at 2:25 as that fit my busy weekend), 4am check-out (had just made a fresh pot of excellent coffee that I enjoyed while waiting for my ride to the airport) and the high energy, positive, cheery woman running around doing all sorts of work at the breakfast service.

The room needs; hooks to hang items, overhead lighting, and another countertop. The pool was not as warm as we had hoped so swimming was not enjoyable for the adults and the shower in the pool area did not get warm. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The free breakfast is one of the best I’ve seen. Staff go above and beyond the average level of friendliness and helpfulness. The room was perfect. The bathroom was very clean. Only thing lacking was a good fan. Wonderful water pressure and temp in the shower. I felt safe and taken care of here. Especially as a woman traveling alone.

Stayed the night for early flight out of Albany. Room was spacious! Parking not all that convenient. We had a great room at the end on the 4th floor. Could use a table in the “tv” sofa section. I would stay again. Super close to airport.

Our travel plans changed a few times, and the front desk staff, particularly staff member Treasure, was very accommodating. He helped us sort things out and was helpful about our travel dilemma. The hotel and room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.

Excellent stay.

First time here and will also be traveling back here in July. I was extremely happy with the hotel and pleasantly surprised at the size of our room, (king size). Staff was very pleasant at check in and check out. Entire hotel smelled clean. Front foyer had coffee, tea, hot chocolate, iced coffee and even flavored water. Nice touch. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices and the staff at breakfast was always making sure everything was good. Would definitely recommend this hotel
