A Flagship Hotel of Hampton Inn Latham NY

I saw three beautiful symbols in front of the property however they are wornout and need replacement. USA New York State and Hampton Inn flags.

Unfortunately the sidewalk alongside route seven Albany- Schenectady was not cleared of snow during the three days I was at Hampton inn making it both dangerous and difficult to get to businesses by foot. The New York State, United States of America and Hampton Inn flags are eroded due to weather and need to be replaced. They are an eyesore.

Poor Airport Shuttle

It calls itself an “airport hotel” and it is in fact 2 miles from Albany Airport. However the airport shuttle runs from 7am-10pm! My flight was before 7, and the airlines want passengers at the airport 2 hours before. I had to get an uber, ordered it at 4:45am, it arrived at 5:19am!

it was fine to stay for a couple hours before my flight but i accidentally left my $85 pillow, called them from the airport to have them set it aside for me to pick up, they said ok and they would retrieve it, i got back monday to pick it up and they dont have it.

This is a well located Hampton Inn property in Latham NY. Nice stylish room with comfy king bed, large updated bathroom with shower/tub. LG TV...staff very warm and helpful fast check in n out with free shuttle to the airport. Good hot breakfast with a waffle station and pancakes plus fresh fruit selection. Will return..thanks. A.
