First time staying- refrigerator did not work in the room. Told front desk they offered a room exchange or staff to look into it. We chose to have the workers look into it (don’t know if they ever showed) no updates given. No cleaning for the four days/three nights we were there. Closets were extremely small (good for one person/not two). Only two draws available for clothes. King size bed is not a true king. This place is good for an overnight but not more than two days. Parking is off site in a garage. No security around.

My wife and I stayed a couple of nights in Albany to see a concert at the MVP Arena. The Hyatt turned out to be a good choice. The staff was very courteous, the room was very comfortable , the bed was wonderful. All in all a good choice for downtown Albany

This place would be amazing if only it had a pool and you didnt have to park in a parking garage or on the street. Either way its about 15-20 bucks ... there were no free parking options . Other then that its great!!

The lower-level back door entrance confused us at first, but we found the Lobby one level up. Parking was a short walk away in a (covered) public lot. Room was clean and comfortable, staff pleasant, with included (hot) breakfast very nice. We were visiting family in the area and this worked very well for us. Thanks!
