When we checked in, we stood in the lobby for quite awhile before someone came from the back. She was talking to someone on the phone and tried to check us in while dealing with what sounded like a personal call. Then, we are told there is $100 deposit, no coffee maker or fridge. We get to the room, the tv doesn't work, the phone doesn't work, and the blow dryer doesn't work.. Frustrating

Disgusting. Elevator broken, room smelled like urine and cigarette smoke, human hair all over the bed, bathroom door broken off hinges and would not close. A flop house would be an overstatement. One of the most neglected and disgusting properties I have ever been in in my life. Left rather than stay there. Made it extremely difficult to receive a refund. Multiple hoops to jump through and still has not refunded. They should be ashamed of themselves and they should be ashamed to even call themselves a national chain. I would never even take a chance to stay at another Red roof inn again in my life.

Elevator not working but front desk said nothing but instead gave instruction where it was only to find out it wasn't working the whole 3 night stay. No other option but to walk the stairs to the 3rd floor with suitcases. Also no room service. Not recommended. This information not offered in Expedia website either.

Room was disgusting stains on the walls bathroom door was falling apart the tile in the shower was moldy and cracking the floors were not swept or mopped the desk in the room was wobbly and falling apart ..... I don't recommend this place to any one seems it's more of a long stay hotel instead of a family vacation spot .... 0 stars on my part
