No parties. Large gatherings of more than 8 people are not allowed. Keep noise down after 9:00 PM.
No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the house. Violators will be charged a $350 cleaning fee.
Pets are welcome with prior notice and payment of applicable pet fees. Shoes must be removed upon entering. No shoes are to be worn inside the house.
