The staff went the extra mile to make us feel at home. The amenities are very cozy, and the room was comfortable and spacious. My kids loved playing in the game/table room area, and the breakfast offered high-quality food. I highly recommend visiting without a doubt!

Not your typical high rise hotel. Front desk staff was a little short with us it seemed because we used Expedia. The hot water in the shower did not work. The guy working in the breakfast room was great - efficient, helpful, happy.

The room was clean and nicely laid out and appointed. The decor was rustic chic. The fridge was a nice size. There were plenty of towels and washcloths. Breakfast was very good with hot and cold options. The staff were very helpful. We will definitely be back in the future.

This hotel is top notch! Hot soup, coffee, tea, and essential oil-infused towels when you arrive. Room is very nicely decorated and clean. Staff is awesome. Excellent complimentary breakfast. Pet friendly, too. We will keep coming back when in Albany.

Wonderful weekend stay at the Century House and would definitely return. The staff was very friendly. And there were such nice little touches including an extensive hot breakfast with a dedicated toaster for gluten allergies, and complimentary soup, cookies, and beverages in the lobby.
