In the house: sauna, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 2.5 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, thermal baths "Römerbad Bad Kleinkirchheim" 19 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, skisport facilities 500 m, ski bus stop 300 m, ski school 2.5 km, sled run 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sirnitz-Albeck-Hochrindl 500 m, Turracher Höhe, Bad Kleinkirchheim-St.Oswald. Hiking paths: Nockberge. Please note: car recommended.
