Rustic single-family house "Lotte", 1'540 m a.s.l., 2 storeys, built in 1974, renovated in 2011. In the district of Hochrindl-Alpl, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 300 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2. In the house: sun terrace, central heating system, washing machine, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. 12 m footpath to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 800 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Hochrindl Passhöhe" 2.6 km, railway station "Feldkirchen", outdoor swimming pool 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 17 km, walking paths from the house 1 m, skisport facilities 300 m, ski school, sled run. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sirnitz-Hochrindl 300 m, Turracher Höhe 20 km, Bad Kleinkirchheim-St.Oswald 25 km. Hiking paths: Nockberge. Please note: car recommended. The Hochrindel ski area closes every year on March 15th. The closest ski area is Turracher Höhe and the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski region. Open until mid-April. IMPORTANT: Due to the location of the holiday property in a nature reserve, any kind of fireworks are officially prohibited!
