The room stank of smoke and the sheets had holes in them. The holes looked about the right size for cigarette burns. The pull out couch matress was moldy. There were toenails and other trash on the floor behind the couch.

I was mortified that I had booked a room at this hotel, there was blood splattered on the ceiling, cockroaches in the room, and the staff was less than willing to help resolve this issue when I made contact with them. I have booke clients rooms with comfort suites multiple times in other locations and have never experienced this.

I know it was a cheaper hotel but our first room smelled like cigarettes. Then the next room was okay till the next day after we came back from shopping it smelled of weed. Bathroom was very small. Room was decently clean. Complimentary breakfast was very minimal and all we had was apples.

Room was no smoking smelt like smoke. Roach on the wall. Bedding had very large stains. Towels had hair in them. Tub looked like has not been cleaned in month. We left a day early because we could not stay there anymore. Bed was broken. Woman at check in was very very nice.
