Since the first night, the air conditioning system was broken so when we turned it on it started leaking. There was a lot of water on the floor after only short use. The landlord didn’t send plumber to fix it so we had to mop the floor every morning after 3 nights the plumber fixed and Mario did not keep his words to move us to other rooms. He asked us to pay €350 and then €400. He called the Expedia agent in Italia through phone so I told to him that I couldn’t sleep for 3 nights because the water leaking and it is noisy plus he didn’t honor the agreement price €299.84 confirmed by Expedia. He doesn’t have the credit card authorization machine and forced me to pay in cash €400. He said he would call the police to kick us out so I handed €300 to him and asked the receipt but until now he didn’t provide me any receipt. We learnt a good lesson that he prefers doing a business under the table and I can’t believe it that Expedia doing a business with scammer !

Staying in a Trulli is unique. It was cozy and well appointed. Not right in town but only a 10 minute walk. It was a very quiet neighborhood.

Our Trullo one bedroom junior suite was amazing. Everything was fantastic. The owner even drove to pick us up upon arrival when we got a little lost. We highly recommend this place!!!!!!

Adorable

Fantastic trulli‼️ fantastic place to stay, immaculately clean and the owner Mariano could not have been nicer, he was incredibly accommodating, I was embarrassed that we were arriving so late but it did not seem to bother him at all. The pictures are true to life, incredibly clean and had everything you could ever need. I can’t wait to return.

Ok to the innkeepers defense it did state the office closes at 7:00pm but we booked the place at 6:30 and arrived at the room at 7:45 and the innkeeper let us know that he tried to call but couldn’t reach us (I was driving). So he gave our room to someone else. He did offer to come back to the property to sell us a more expensive room but we declined. So really mostly my fault for not noticing the check in was not possible after 7:00

Great place to stay

What an interesting place. We loved it. Very convenient easy to to walk to shops, grocery and main Trulli areas. Parking. Owner was charming and very accommodating.

Trulli a pochi passi!

Il responsabile ci ha accolto e ci ha fatto parcheggiare l’auto così da stare tranquilli per il nostro giro ai trulli. Ci ha anche dato molte indicazioni. La struttura è in una posizione molto comoda ed è un vero trullo. Molto carina e dotata di tutto ciò che serve. Vicina alla zona di interesse raggiungibile quindi a piedi.

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel dans l’idée de passer une nuit dans une trulli. Malheureusement, cela est resté au stade de l’idée. Nous avons dormi dans un cabanon de jardin, dans un lit d’appoint escamotable refermable dans un placard. Très sombre, odeur de renfermé et douche bouchée, pas d’éponge pour la vaisselle. En somme, un nuit de l’angoisse à faire briser des couples. Dommage…

Suggestiva evasione

Location molto suggestiva ,il trullo molto ben ristrutturato consente di apprezzare la suggestione di un luogo che ti riporta indietro nel tempo abbinato al confort delle esigenze attuali; collocato a breve distanza dalla zona centrale rappresenta un ottimo posto per godere della bellezza del luogo.
