The code for the Key Safe was not sent to us before we arrived. There had been no previous information to tell us that was needed for the check in process. Another guest had the managers phone number and the code was accessed. We had a late by 24hrs text to tell us the safe code. All aspects of the property were good.

Comfortable and in quiet location

Lovely house in quiet residential location close to Wanaka. Comfortable house for a couple but needs a bit of attention: living room was dusty, air con could not be turned on (probably flat batteries on remote); could not operate TV - no instructions available and soap bottles had but a small amount in. Need a car to get around. There is good French bakery nearby - Pembroke.
