This house is the heart of your next Central Otago adventure holiday.
We are nestled in the Kanuka of the established end of Albert Town, the property adjoins reserve and the Mt Iron/Hikuai cycle & walkway. Our comfortable home offers modern appliances, great outdoor flow for summer; and a cozy fire in the lounge for winter. The fire place heats the other rooms with an internal vent system.
Mountain bike trails scuff our boundary, with the Hikawai loop leading to either Deans Bank trails or Sticky Forest.
The BEST coffee in Wanaka is found at the Albert Town Patisserie (Just down the road). Or if you're gluten free the Double Black Cafe does amazing food.
Only minutes walk to the Mighty Clutha River, or a 5 min drive to the shore of Lake Wanaka. 12 min drive to Lake Hawea, and 8 Min drive to Dublin Bay.
Whether you're in Wanaka to ski, swim, kayak, run, tramp, mtb, moto - whatever - this house is in the thick of it.
