The Space:
This home is modern and features large double sided windows that allow all day natural light and sun into the home. A generous outdoor grass & entertaining area allows this property to be enjoyed year round. Conveniently located next to a complex with grocery, dining, bakery and laundry facilities or a short 4-minute drive to Wanaka township. With heating & cooling on both floors this property is to be enjoyed in all seasons.

This home has two bedrooms each featuring views of the surrounding alpine scenery.

A fully equipped kitchen gives you the option of dining in or enjoy some of the surrounding restaurants & cafes.

A perfect all season apartment for al fresco dining on the deck. Fibre Wi-fi is complimentary at this property.

We were very impressed with the building. The design was very clever. All the electrical appliances worked well, which is great. All in all a good bookabach property.

Very clean and neatly presented. Well equipped kitchen. Incorrectly advertised as having 2 bathrooms when had 1 bathroom and 2 toilets; also no bbq despite suggestion otherwise; also the info given to us showed 2 bedrooms with double beds but only 1 with double and 1 with 2 singles. Very warm and stuffy upstairs and given the location right beside the road then unable to open the window during the night due to noise. All rooms are very small.
