Living Room and Kitchen:
The living area is bathed in natural light thanks to two large bay windows. It opens onto a 27 m² balcony that wraps around the room, allowing you to fully enjoy the breathtaking view of Albiez-Montrond and the surrounding mountains. The dining area features a large table that can comfortably seat the whole group. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils. A cozy sitting area with a sofa completes the space.

Bedrooms:
The property includes 4 bedrooms laid out as follows:
- 2 bedrooms with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm)
- 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (80 x 200 cm)
- 1 bedroom with 4 single beds (80 x 200 cm)
A balcony is accessible from one of the rooms with a queen-size bed, as well as from the room with three single beds.
Bed linens are provided for all sleeping arrangements.

Just a 2-minute walk from Place de l’Opinel, with shops and restaurants close by. The ski slopes and ESF (French Ski School) meeting point are only 300 meters away. A sloping area, located right next to the building, offers an ideal spot for sledding fun!

Tourist Information:
Located between 1,500 and 2,200 meters above sea level, Albiez-Montrond is a family-friendly ski resort. With 35 km of varied slopes and 8 ski lifts, it is suitable for both beginners and experienced skiers. Beyond skiing, you’ll find local shops, cozy restaurants, a cinema, and ski lessons offered by the ESF.
The resort is about a 30-minute drive from Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne, which offers a wide range of amenities and local attractions including supermarkets with gas stations, banks, train and bus stations, cinemas, cheese shops, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, doctors, physical therapists, nurses, dentists, and various shops.

Important Information:
- During the winter and spring school holidays, check-ins and check-outs are scheduled for Saturdays (check-in from 4 p.m., check-out by 9 a.m.)
- Bed linens (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels) are included in the booking.
- Bedrooms are located on upper floors, accessible via stairs, which may be difficult for people with reduced mobility. However, the building is equipped with an elevator, and the sofa bed in the living room is on the main floor.
- A security deposit of €500 will be requested via Swikly, a reliable and secure online deposit system. No amount will be charged to your credit card, and your credit limit will not be affected.
- Pets are not allowed in the property.
