Charming duplex renovated on Agosta beach in Ajaccio bay

Charming duplex of 43m2 feet in the water in the Gulf of Ajaccio, it is facing the sea on the beach of Agosta and it will delight families of 4 people. Refurbished in 2019, it is fully equipped and ideally located: 100m from the shops (convenience store, butcher, pizza, press / beach ...) and less than 800m away, you will find 4 restaurants, a pharmacy, spa, diving ... -A 10 minute drive from the center of Porticcio and a dozen dream beaches, 20 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from Ajaccio.

We bought duplexes for our vacation and spend between 2 and 4 weeks a year. We have arranged it for our comfort and that of our guests, so we offer you what we love: this duplex has an exceptional view of the Gulf of Ajaccio, less than 20 meters from the magnificent Agosta beach. (2 km long, never crowded), it offers breathtaking sunsets (and facing the Sanguinaires Islands for connoisseurs). The first shops are 100 meters away and you will find your happiness in fruit, vegetables, butchers and delicatessen, beach items, press ... For those who like to cook, we have provided a kitchen as functional as possible because we also like to cook , therefore a 1m fridge with a freezer (for a minimum of capacity), a combi oven & microwave but also a dishwasher. For the evenings when you will not have the courage to cook (on vacation, it can possibly happen :-)), you will have the possibility to go get a pizza with a trailer (2 min) or take a 10-minute walk where you will find a choice of 4 restaurants and brasseries. If however you really want to take your car, you will find the center of Porticcio within 10 minutes or Ajaccio within 30 minutes. Although this accommodation does not provide WiFi, the 4G + signal is excellent, even in the evening (in August) and will allow you to connect to Netflix (6Mbps) by linking your smartphone with the Sony smart TV. Upstairs, we have also fitted out the bedroom, with a rather Zen style, with a 160cm wide bed with firm support (but not too much) because we consider that the quality of sleep is paramount, especially on vacation. We have added 2 90cm beds and a baby kit with travel cot. it is functional with a small dressing room. The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning systems with 2 outlets (one for each floor). You will also find a small washing machine. On the terrace, a table for 4 people will allow you to enjoy the colors of the sea and you will find a chest and cushions (sofa mode) or a hammock to relax in. We also provide our beach items (toys, parasol, rabanes, masks, fins, landing nets, shovels ... which you will find in the trunk). Less than 10 minutes away you will have access to a dozen beaches and coves, each more magnificent than the other (notably Mare e Sol, a magnificent white sand beach worthy of the most beautiful spots in the world - from my point of view). There is free parking in front of the apartment.
