Located on the heights of Agosta beach, this semi-detached villa of 140 m2 will delight you with its magnificent view of the Ajaccio Golf course and the comfort of its amenities. High-end bedding, quality furniture, WiFi. All rooms are air conditioned. It is 4 minutes by car from the beach and all amenities: restaurants, minimarket, bakery, pharmacy, post office etc ...

Description of the villa:
 Ground floor: Living room with large panoramic terrace, fully equipped kitchen (nespresso). A suite with king size 180 bed and bathroom with walk-in shower.
Separate toilet
Garden level: 3 bedrooms with direct pool access:
- A suite with shower room and dressing room.
- A bedroom with a 160 bed.
- A bedroom with 2 beds including a drawer with 3 rd sleeping.
-A large bathroom with Italian shower and bathtub
-Technical room with washing machine, dryer, ironing equipment
- Baby bed and high chair
-TV in all rooms
-Separate WC

Accessibility:
 the house is intended for people with reduced mobility. vehicle access to the front door.

-The price of 300 euros for cleaning includes the supply of sheets and towels
-A supplement of 100 euros will be provided for the heating of the swimming pool (April, May, June, September, October. The swimming pool is closed from November to March.
-The pool is protected by an alarm. We have at your disposal a removable complete protection system with secure door. please ask for it when booking.
-For reasons of household organization, departure is scheduled for 10 a.m. and arrival at 4 p.m.
Luggage can be dropped off at 10 a.m.

The area is very quiet. The house is located on the edge of scrub and forest. no traffic nuisance. We ask you to avoid making noise in the pool after 8 p.m.

Séjour de rêve dans un endroit sublime

Un excellent séjour, à quelques minutes de la mer, dans un lieu sublime, un jardin luxuriant et avec une piscine magnifique. L'air conditionné dans toutes les chambres, la terrasse accueillante et un espace intérieur spacieux, ainsi qu'une cuisine parfaitement équipée. Restaurants, supermarchés dans les environs immédiats, plages splendides à quelques minutes.

Situé dans un cadre calme. Vue absolument magnifique sur tout le golfe d'Ajaccio. Le soir, coucher de soleil sur les Sanguinaires, juste wahou! Maison spacieuse. Très bon séjour. Nous recommandons.

Super Sejour

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette belle villa idéalement située avec des couchers de soleil dont on ne se lasse pas. Laetitia nous accueille avec le sourire et est super dispo pendant le séjour nous guide un vrai plus. Bref je recommande sans hésitation le propriétaire est vraiment au petits soins il nous a fait plaisir avec les produits bretons qui nous ont accompagné pendant tout le séjour ! Une attention très appréciée de tous.

Location de très belle qualité, il ne manque pas grand chose pour la perfection . Propriétaire et agent sur place efficaces et attentionnés. Idéal en famille ou entre amis , Les 3 salles de douches facilitent bien les choses.

Juste magnifique

Nous avons passé 15j au top, la villa est magnifique, bien équipée, une bonne literie, au calme, une piscine et un jardin agréable et super pour les enfants grâce au gazon synthétique nos enfants y ont de superbe parties de roulades. Nous avons eu quelques petits soucis (coupure d’eau, un nid de guêpes) mais Laititia qui gère la villa à été très réactive merci beaucoup. Merci beaucoup à Mr Rivier.
