Segalar 4 is a lovely apartment with panoramic views of the countryside and Mount Segalar, located in the rural village of Albons, 4 km from the beaches of L'Escala, Costa Brava.

Cozy apartment built in 2007, set in the corner with exterior space, in the first floor, enjoy all the features needed for a wonderful holiday with family and children.

The apartment size is 70 m² for up to 5 people. Provides, among other amenities, air conditioning, terrace, communal garden (1,000 m2), saline clorination swimming pool (16x8) and private parking.

We waren hier vorig jaar ook een week en nu weer. Het is een heerlijk appartement met een geweldig balkon. De plek is goed gelegen als je houd van strand en zee of leuke stadjes zoals Girona en Figueres. Er is ook een geweldig zwembad bij. Wij komen graag nog een keer terug.

Cristina et Oscar ont été professionnel et très agréable, toujours joignable, répondent rapidement. Piscine non chloré, extérieur magnifique. Produit d'entretien, serviette drap fourni c'est un gros plus. Merci beaucoup.

Hemos estado muy a gusto. El piso está muy bien decorado y en buen estado. Tiene detalles que hacen más acogedora la estancia. Gracias a Cristina por su cercanía y preocupación. Algo a mejorar; alguna sabana, el corta césped a las 3:30 (siesta) y la puerta del garaje un tope para que no de golpes ( los pisos de Justo encima los sufren). En general muy contentas. Gracias

We undoubtedly recommend this apartment and definitley consider to go back. Located just at the edge of the countryside, it's perfect if you like hiking, running and biking. The swimming pool is big enough for swimming, the garden green, wide, an tranquil, the neighborhood nice. The staff who take care of it is kind and attentive. The apartment is fully equipped, nice, new and confortable. The main problem is the orientation to south-west which makes it quite hot in the afternoon until sunset. There is air-con which is a good solution, however a good awning could solve the situation probably even better, besides protecting from the sun light which is quite unnoying. The check out time is not ideal: 10 am is too soon, noon would be a more fair time.

Dispone de todo lo que se necesita y además con buenas prestaciones (sartenes y cubertería en muy buen estado, electrodomésticos que funcionan a la perfección,...). Nos ha gustado mucho estar 2 semanas allá.
