Towamensing Trails Community Amenities

Amenity Wristbands
Eight (8) community amenity wristbands are provided with your stay.
Up to two (2) additional wristbands may be purchased at the community boathouse for $10 per band with presentation of the rental packet.

Trash Disposal
Trash removal is the responsibility of the guest.
All trash must be taken to the Towamensing Trails community trash compactor prior to checkout. Instructions are provided in the home.

Towamensing Trails (TTPOA) Guest Information & Badge Policy

Welcome! We’re excited to host you in Towamensing Trails. This is a private, gated community with enforced rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Amenity Badges (Required – Please Read Carefully)

Your stay includes 8 blue amenity badges for guest use.
Badges must be worn and visible when using the pool, beach, lake, or any community amenities.
Children under 6 do not need a badge.

Important:
Towamensing Trails has a strict badge policy. If badges are lost, missing, or not returned, the association requires full replacement of the entire set.
This results in an $800 charge to the reservation ($100 per badge).

Please keep badges together and return them before checkout.
Do not take badges to the beach/pool unattended or leave them outside.
Additional wristbands may be purchased at the community (subject to occupancy limits).

Community Rules (Highlights)
Towamensing Trails security actively enforces rules, and violations may result in fines:

Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 5:00 AM
No parties or disorderly conduct
No fireworks or firearms (zero tolerance)
Speed Limit: 15 MPH throughout the community
Trash: Must be taken to the community compactor during posted hours (no leaving trash outside)
Parking: Only in designated areas
Pets: Must be leashed and are not permitted at the beach/pool

All guests must follow TTPOA Rules of Conduct. Violations can result in fines, loss of amenity access, or removal from the community.
