Make great memories at our beloved family cabin that offers the perfect forest escape for 12 adults + kids. Perfectly located next to a huge woodland and near many attractions in the Poconos (Pocono Raceway, Skirmish, White water rafting, Jim Thorpe, Blue Mountains, Camelback, Kalahari, Lake Harmony, Golf, Horseback riding, Hickory Run State Park). 4B/2.5b, high vaulted main floor, 9 feet (large) pool table, Foosball table, full central air throughout the house, Hot tub, magical outdoor forest dining and a wood burning fireplace in the living room! We are located in Towamensing Trails Community that offers outdoor swimming pool, lake with swimming beach, kayak rentals, tennis court, basketball court, and volleyball court during the Summer season which is 5min drive from the property.
During your stay at this cabin, you're just a quick walk from Hickory Run State Park. An outdoor pool, a hot tub, and laundry facilities are available. The cabin offers a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms.

My husband and I rented this for our 30th wedding Anniversary last minute. The owner was so accommodating and very communicative. We arrived 2 hours early without a hitch. The whole time we just kept thinking how we need to bring the entire family back. It is modern and exceptionally clean. We enjoyed playing pool like when we were young and snuggling by the fire place while watching the big screen. The hot tub was private with a view of the forest. Everything was conveniently located with a master bath that is shared with the common areas as well as stack able washer and dryer right inside the back door. This is a wonderful price point for the number of beds and space provided. If you read all the information and contract you should enjoy this cabin just as much as we did.

The cabin was nice and the host was friendly and communicative. The house manual included a lot of detailed instructions on taking care of the cabin, which was a little overwhelming, but made navigating around the house very easy. Overall, I had a good stay and would book again.Heads up, if you want linens and towels, you need to arrange and pay for them separately.

Quick getaway

The property and all the privacy and had to offer was great. The animal urine smell in the basement. It was very strong driving 15 minutes to drop off trash before checkout was not convenient. Did not read that bath towels and washcloths were not included with the property was not prepared and had to purchase from a nearby store which was a 45 minute drive The location itself was nice. Quiet property management was easy to deal with check-in was easy and smooth, but if booking this property, I would recommend carefully reading all of the amenities it has to offer so you come prepared.

Great spot for a quick family getaway week-end.

My family of 8 booked this house for a post holiday family getaway week-end. Our group included 8 adults, 1 three year old and 2 infants. The house was well furnished and equipped with everything we needed. The 4 bedrooms were comfortable and spacious enough for the kids to stay in the room with their parents. And the 3 levels provided enough separation that the adults could enjoy themselves without waking the kids. The game room on the bottom level was great - we enjoyed the pool and fuseball tables while watching football and Disney on the big screen TV. The adults also enjoyed the use of the hot tub just outside the door. Our host Melinda was very responsive and answered all my questions before our trip so we knew what we needed to bring and how to access the house. All in all, we had a great family week-end and would recommend this house to anyone looking for a getaway in the Poconos.

Fully loaded property

The rental was great and had all the amenities you can think of- and we used all of it! Pool table, fire place, hot tub, washer/dryer, and even playground. While the lake, basketball, tennis, boats were a 9 min ride, it was ok because there was so much beautiful dear on the way. The bedroom were furnished well and the kitchen had all the major equipment. Very clean house!
