The space
Open concept living room, dining room and kitchen with vaulted ceiling. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Large plush sectional sofa, 65” smart TV (guests use their own streaming service logins), WiFi (300Mbps), board games, gas fireplace and simple thermostat controlled electric heating.
The kitchen is well equipped with coffee and tea, plus large fridge freezer, and common kitchen appliances inc. toaster, microwave, slow cooker, Keurig, espresso machine, filter coffee, French press and electric kettle.

From Memorial Day through Labor Day, guests can access the outdoor pool, beach, lake, tennis courts, and volleyball courts at Towamensing Trails. There’s also a lounge and snack bar, the Trails Lake & Tennis Club (TLTC) offering meals and non-alcoholic drinks for guests.
Up to 6 guests can be issued returnable badges for their stay once the amenities open on Memorial Day. A refundable $100 will be required for these passes should guests request them. A refund is contingent on ALL passes being returned. There is a $100 charge (to the property owner) from the HOA for any lost badges.
