The Space:

Welcome to this brand-new, spacious 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat nestled in the serene Towamensing Trails community in the heart of the Pocono Mountains. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests, this modern getaway offers over 3,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space—perfect for families and groups looking to relax, reconnect, and explore everything the region has to offer.



Ideally located within a short drive to top Pocono attractions, guests can enjoy the excitement of Pocono Raceway, hit the slopes at nearby ski destinations like Jack Frost Ski Resort and Big Boulder Ski Area, or spend a fun-filled day at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions.



Inside the home, guests are welcomed into bright, open living spaces designed for comfort and entertainment. Gather in the cozy living room, unwind in the hot tub, or enjoy friendly competition in the game room featuring a pool table and classic Pac-Man arcade. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare and share meals, while six well-appointed bedrooms with plush bedding ensure a restful night’s sleep for everyone.



Step outside onto the spacious deck and take in the peaceful wooded surroundings, or take advantage of the community’s incredible amenities. Towamensing Trails is the perfect year-round Pocono retreat. In autumn, guests can hike through brilliant foliage at Hickory Run State Park, where the scenic Hawk Falls Trail leads to a beautiful waterfall, or enjoy the lakeside trails at Beltzville State Park. Winter brings skiing, snowboarding, and tubing at nearby resorts like Jack Frost, Big Boulder, Blue Mountain, and Camelback. Within the community, a 190-acre stocked lake offers excellent fishing for bass, trout, and more—just bring your PA fishing license. Whether hiking, skiing, or relaxing by the water, Towamensing Trails is the ideal home base for your Pocono getaway.



Enjoy access to various amenities, including a community pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, a playground, a scenic lake, and a sandy beach area. Kayak and paddleboard rentals are also available for an additional fee (cash only). Please note, per the community rules, Kayaks are not available after October 18th. All guests are required to complete a registration form within 48 hours of booking. Failure to submit the form within this timeframe may result in your reservation's cancellation.



Guests are required to display a community parking pass at all times during their stay. Additionally, all guests ages 5 and older must wear a community badge throughout their visit. Your stay includes 8 guest badges, which will be provided in the home in a clear bin on the wall near the front door upon arrival. If you need additional guest badges, they can be purchased for $10 per guest, per day at the HOA office. Detailed instructions will be sent to you after your booking is confirmed. Getting Around:

By Car: Renting a car is a convenient option to explore the area at your own pace. Having a car makes it easy to visit the many shopping centers, restaurants, and other points of interest in the area.

- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.

- An exterior camera in the driveway is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes.

- Parking is available for 6 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that street parking is not allowed.

- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property.

- If guests have a rental car, then they write Rental on the form, and then the HT rep picks up the packet, puts it in the home, and when the guest arrives for their reservations, they need to go to the office and pick up the car pass (HOA Office: 44 Townamensing Trail, Albrightsville, PA)

- Guests collect registration packet (which includes parking pass and guest badges), which will be provided in the home in a clear bin on the wall near the front door upon arrival.

- Guests are required to wear guest badges for their entire stay (guests age 5 and older)

- This home comes with 8 complimentary badges for access to the community amenities during summer. Additional badges are available for $10 per guest, per day, up to the maximum occupancy of 16 guests.

- Parking pass must be visible for the entire stay.

- Please note: Car information must be provided as soon as you confirm the booking for a hassle-free experience. We cannot register additional cars once the registration package is complete!

- Fire pit is not for guest use per the HOA rules/regulations.

-Guests are asked to please take their trash to the community dumpsters when checking out. A $75 fee will be applied if trash is left after your stay.

-Please note there is a $200 fee if the guest badges for amenities access are not returned to the basket upon checkout.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.

As a guest of this cabin, you'll find a hot tub, barbecue grills, and an arcade/game room. The front desk is open around the clock.
