Great property and location but ….

We have stayed in the apartment for three days. Beautiful spacious apartment. Modern. Well equipped to all the needs of the Travelers. About a kilometer from the most beautiful beach I had ever seen although the one next to it is also OK. So great location. Returning home on the first night, though we were welcomed by multiple cockroaches all around the kitchen, living room and bathroom. I reached out to the host. They seemed initially very responsive and apologetic asking for pictures to proof. After We had sent the pictures – they stopped being responsive, 12 hours later Stated that they never got the pictures so they cannot help.
