Marvellous ground floor flat in the heart of Balaia Golf Village. This urbanisation offers access to several swimming pools and children's pools, tennis and golf courses, Kids club and indoor pool (to be booked with the reception of the development). Just a few minutes from Maria Luísa beach, it is the ideal place for a relaxing family holiday that combines sport, nature and well-being.

The apartment was absolutely spotless. Beds were comfy and clean, we opted to have beach towels provided which was very handy! Will definitely be staying here again!

Villa in Balaia Golf Village - good and bad

5 adults stayed in this 3 bedroom villa in Balaia Golf Village in September 2023. We know the area well - the complex has excellent facilities, several swimming pools, plenty of sun loungers, golf and tennis, and is a short walk to the beach. The villa is located in a quiet part of the complex. The property was clean inside, spacious, has a modern, well-equipped kitchen, and 2 good, relatively new bathrooms. There is air-conditioning in all 3 bedrooms (but not in the lounge area). All the websites that advertise this villa, state that it has 4 bathrooms and can accommodate 8 people - there are only 2 bathrooms and the fold down bed in the lounge area is broken. There are only 3 wine glasses (2 white and one red). The patio area is spacious but was dirty and the furniture is in a state of disrepair - the cushions are either ripped or smell of cats. The decoration in the villa will not be to everyone’s taste - it is cluttered with no apparent coordinated design. With a little bit of effort and thought this could be an excellent property.
