Beautiful five bedroom villa, with air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room area, open plan kitchen and living room. 2 of the 5 bedrooms have en-suite facilities. The living room has a TV with satellite channels, and seating for up to 10 people.

Property is in a great location, very close to the strip but you can’t hear it at night. Sun loungers and pool are great. Inside the villa could do with a freshen up, but we were never in apart from to sleep.Jim was a great host and answered all questions I had, he made the whole process easy.

Brilliant 4 days in the villa.. location was a massive hit 30 secs away from the main strip in new town.. old town 10 mins in a taxi.. villa lovely and spacious and pool and loungers were great. Can’t fault the stay. The communication with Jim the host was amazing. He sorted us out with transfers and a place to stay on our last day while we waited to go to the airport. Location was spot on. Close enough to walk to the bars, shops and restaurants but far enough away that it didn’t disturb your time. The villa felt isolated and closed in for privacy and we loved it. Was clean and better than the pics!

Villa in good condition, nice rooms/beds and great location for beach/food/nightlife. Slight downside was filter/pump on pool didn’t seem to work so quite a lot of leaves etc collected in the pool. Didn’t spend much time in it so didn’t contact manager but maybe if a net was left at the property this would help in future. Overall good stay and would recommend.

Great central location and property basic but good overall considering it was good value fir money. Jim and drivers and check-in support really helpful. A net to clean the pool would have been useful but still used pool. Lucky with the weather for Easter and a great time had by all.

You wont regret choosing this venue for hen party

Location is perfect within few minutes walk from the strip with best part for bars, cafes, shops for nick-knacking, supermarket and lovely sandy beach with rock caves, water sports and cafes and ice cream parlour. Villa is far enough from strip to enjoy your private villa away from noise and party scene. Villa is not over looked and has everything you need. Jim the host was absolutely amazing- available whenever we had a question or needed help with anything. This was reassuring as a bunch of girls between ages of 25 and 50. Area has something for everyone with tuc-tucs everywhere that take you anywhere for about 3.50 euros per passenger. Villa is equipped for same sex parties so can expect wear and tear but lovely looking, beds comfy, was clean and area feels safe. We had best weekend ever!

Worst villa experience ever

We stayed in Villa 20A Andorinha, one of three villas whose photos misleadingly show only the best features. The reality was disappointing: the villa was old, degraded, and depressing. The entrance smelled bad, being next to club backyards with overnight rubbish. The pool was dirty and unusable for the first three days. Despite our requests for cleaning, Jim ignored us, and Marco, the supposed manager, was rude and passive-aggressive. The pool was only cleaned after a break-in and vandalism occurred. The villa and surrounding properties lack gates, compromising privacy. The furniture was outdated, the kitchen was poorly equipped, and the beds were uncomfortable with protruding springs. The villa needed significant refurbishment. We encountered cockroaches and ants, and our complaints were dismissed as a location issue. Only two AC units worked, one of which leaked, and the door locks were ineffective. There was insufficient storage for five beds, and the dining table only had four chairs despite the villa supposedly accommodating 12 people. Communication with Jim was non existence to our concerns and complains , all good reviews are from stags and groups of young people that alone should’ve been enough warning to us but based on the photos we still went ahead and booked it, BIG MISTAKE !! Our overall review of this villa it’s misleading in its advertising, we have stayed in villas all over the Algarve and it was definitely the worst we stayed in the last 15 years!!
