Villa Kailua is a traditional house with a large pool (heatable as an optional extra) and a charming garden, located in a quiet area near Santa Eulália. A short walk from restaurants, bars, shops, and the beach, this holiday home is perfect for enjoying Albufeira with family or friends.



The property has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating 8 + 4 guests. The fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, ironing board, and iron is ideal for preparing family meals.



Sliding doors provide access to the well-maintained garden and south-facing pool (heatable as an optional extra), where you can relax in the sun or enjoy outdoor meals prepared on the barbecue available on the property. For fun moments, the villa also has an outdoor ping pong table. The property includes free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.



Villa Kailua is located on a quiet street in the lively Santa Eulália area. Ideal for families or groups of friends, it is a short walk from various shops, restaurants, and bars. Praia da Oura and Praia de Santa Eulália beaches are about 15 minutes walking (5 minutes by car). Albufeira's historic centre is just 8 minutes by car.





It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). 



Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Fabulous week

The property is in an ideal location Aldi supermarket 4 mins walk away public transport 5 mins away , close to lots of bars and restaurants, 25 mins walk to old town €8 In a taxi . Had a few complaints but were sorted straightaway the villa had a great pool and was very spacious inside , we all really enjoyed our stay .

Nice group destination

We enjoyed our trip at the villa in Albufeira. The best part was the location as it felt safe, was walking distance from everything we needed and was a quiet and friendly area. The villa was large, and easily accommodated the 6 adults in our group. The pool was also the highlight, it was clean and the perfect temperature. The place could have been a bit cleaner, as we noticed a lot of stains on sheets and floors, and when we arrived there was broken glass, which was supposed to be cleaned up before our arrival, but someone in our group still managed to get cut by it. An unfortunate thing we will note is to make sure to canvas the property before you enjoy your stay, as we noticed a broken lounge chair and should have mentioned something, and then ended up being charged by the host for it, even though it was broken before our return. We also felt rushed out by the cleaners on our way out, even though it was before our check out deadline. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but would probably find a different villa to book next time.

What a villa!

Me and my 10 mates stayed here for 5 days and oh my word what a beautiful villa this is, from the pool and the garden too each individual bedroom and table being cleaned. I highly recommend this villa if your looking for something close to the strip, beach and also some nice shops. Even when our flight was delayed we had a welcome meeting the following day which was a nice touch especially after the rough few hours we had the previous day. Will defo be be coming back soon!

Amazing located villa

This was our second stay with this company, stayed in another villa last year which was also excellent. The villa is spacious, very well located just a few steps from the strip, close to lots of restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The staff is very responsive and quickly. Transfers and check in was excellent and well worth getting the transfers.
