Annonce mensongère

Nous avions réservé un logement à Montechoro avec piscine au pied de la résidence. La piscine (sans eau) n’était plus accessible depuis 3 semaines avant notre arrivée pour cause de fuites du bassin sur les étages en dessous. L’information était connue de tous les propriétaires 3 semaines avant notre arrivée mais Susana nous a prévenu la veille de notre arrivée quand nous étions sur le trajet France - albufeira. 3 semaines plutôt nous aurions annulé notre réservation et réorganiser nos vacances. C’est une honte et une escroquerie !! Abritel communique tres mal dans ces cas et vous laisse vous débrouiller avec le propriétaire. Abritel était forcément informé de cette situation les semaines précédentes par les locataires précédents! Mais la aussi c’est décevant. Belle escrocquerie ! Merci Abritel
