Villa AlGharif is a cosy and spacious holiday home located in the quiet area of Quinta da Balaia, just a 5-minute drive from the centre of Albufeira, and some of the region's most charming beaches.



Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by a bright and comfortable living room, the perfect space for family gatherings, or moments of pure relaxation after a sunny day.



The layout of the bedrooms was designed to provide comfort and flexibility for larger families. The main house features two double bedrooms, both en suite, and two twin bedrooms, ensuring space and convenience for everyone. In the separate annex, there is a fifth en suite bedroom with two bunk beds, a fun and practical solution for children or teenagers, accommodating up to four guests.



The fully equipped kitchen offers a functional and inviting setting to prepare your favourite meals, whether it's a relaxed breakfast, or a special family dinner.



Outside, the villa impresses with a generous, recently renovated garden, surrounded by greenery that provides natural shade, and a peaceful atmosphere. The private pool invites long swims and leisure time, complemented by an outdoor dining area, and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying Algarve’s sunny days to the fullest.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 12 guests

From the 13th to the 14th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.



In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
