With 2 bedrooms suite, located in Cerro da Águia, one of the highest areas of Albufeira, this Villa has a splendid sea view, full of good taste and excellent levels of comfort.



Consisting of 3 floors, garage on the ground floor, on the first floor there is the kitchen, dining and living room, two-piece bathroom, terrace with barbecue and direct access to the communal pool. The second floor is home to two fantastic suites with a private bathroom.



The living room has 2 environments, the dining and living room, the dining room has a table with six seats and the living area has an armchair, a 3-seater sofa that converts into a sleeping place for two people, television and air-conditioning.



The kitchen is very functional and fully equipped with appliances, fridge-freezer, Delta Q capsule coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine, electric stove, oven, microwave and toaster that guarantee the quality of your meals. It also has a table for 4 people.



The rooms are 2 suites, one with a balcony, double bed and bathroom with bathtub, the other with a window, two single beds and bathroom with shower, both with air conditioning, built-in wardrobes and television.



The terrace has a barbecue, table with 4 chairs and sun loungers to enjoy your meals outdoors, overlooking the pool and garden.



A common area with a communal swimming pool and a children's pool as well as a generous lawned garden perfect for children's games and running around. Ideal for families with children.

There are several beaches within a radius of 1 to 2 km, it is just 1.5 km from the historic center of Albufeira with its many shops, bars and restaurants.



Praia de São Rafael is nestled between the cliffs, its sand punctuated here and there by isolated rocks that also emerge in the sea and give it a very picturesque atmosphere.



With excellent conditions and good support infrastructure, São Rafael beach is an excellent vacation option. Characteristics and services blue flag, average water temperature in summer (ºC): 20-23 ºC, and you can rent sun umbrellas and sunbeds.



The apartment is delivered with sheets applied to the beds, face and bath towels for each guest.
