Clube do Monaco Stunning Beachfront Apartment Overlooking Town

The apartment is located in the bright and quaint condominium of Clube do Monaco in the Old Town of Albufeira. The location is only 200 meters from Fisherman’s Beach (Praia dos Pescadores) and a 5 minutes’ walk from the Main Square where daytime, evening, and late night entertainment abound.

As well as a communal swimming pool with a generous offering of sunbeds on the lower floor, there is a special rooftop on the uppermost floor that gives you unspoiled views of the Atlantic Ocean and the whole of the old center of Albufeira.

The apartment is fully equipped with a modern kitchen which includes oven, stove, microwave, fridge, pots and pans, wine glasses, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and board, etc. Both bathrooms are renovated with modern walk-in showers.

The bedrooms have large wardrobes for neatly storing all clothing items. There is a flat-screen TV in the living room, and stylish and comfortable dining furniture makes for a special experience when supping in situ.

A foldable bed is available for a 5th guest.

One bath, hand and beach towel is provided per guest. All beds are dressed with linen appropriate to the season. Extra towels and linen, as well as mid-stay cleans, are available at an additional cost.

Low-cost airport transfers and cot and high-chair rental can be offered on request.

Street parking is available but very limited. A nearby municipally-managed parking lot, 150 metres from the complex, offers parking for €45.00 per week.

Great location, not far from the beach and Old Town. Apartment can use a refresh and new patio furniture. My only complaint is the lack of parking available. Being close to the beach, everyone is looking for a spot and will park wherever they can.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Albufeira! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, making everything super accessible without needing a car. The apartment itself was really spacious, which was ideal for our group, with plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The pool area was a definite highlight—clean, well-maintained, and a great spot to cool off in the sun. Would highly recommend for anyone planning a group trip!

Unit wss exactly as advertised. Grest location, everything you need (groceries restaurants etc) within walking distance. Only things missing were facecloths and a kitchen sink stopper. Not a big deal, we made do with what we had. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful country.

Lovely spacious apartment that just needs a little TLC especially the outside sun terrace (torn seats on the outside dining chairs, weeds growing around the edges ot the terrace) and a coat of paint to the outside walls would help the appearance

Can't Recommend, Unfortunately

Stayed 4 weeks in March 2024. PROS: Excellent location/Bright premises/Nice outdoor space on deck with a good view. CONS: 1.Plumbing is in dubious state. We had 3 floods from drainage backups over our first week. The PM knew the drainage system was not working before we arrived. 2. Wifi is inadequate. We had NO internet on the unit Wifi for the first 5 days. Incurred a lot of roaming charges as a result. After internet became available, Wifi speed was inadequate. Speed was never more than 5Mbps. The router is 12 years old and needs to be replaced. 3. Security lights on the deck shine into the bedrooms from dusk until dawn. Apparently, there is no way to turn them off. 4. Work in a nearby unit (above us?) was so loud that a normal conversation could not be held. This lasted for the better part of two days. We received no advance notice about work taking place. Kevin (the property manager) was informed about issues 1, 2 and 3. He brought us an extra mop and pail for cleaning up flooding. He kept us posted on the plumbing repairs (which lasted over the course of several days). He apologized and gave us a token financial payment for our "inconvenience". I told him about the Wifi speed and the security lights, but nothing was done. I don't blame Kevin however. I got the impression that he had limited ability to help us. It's a shame that these problems existed as the unit was otherwise quite nice. Until they are resolved however, the value of staying there is questionable.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. The modern bathrooms and large patio were also great. We did have two problems which neither the manager of unit nor the building could seem to fix. The internet did not work and two very bright lights that illuminate the building edifice were locates on our patio, shined into our apartment, and could not be turned off. There are black out curtains, which help while sleeping, but otherwise these lights make it very difficult to use the patio or enjoy the view at night.

Enjoyable stay. Apartment well equipped and comfortable. Sunset view from balcony was our favourite feature. Complex and pool well maintained. Easy walk to beach and Old Town. Only negative was noise from the bars in town at night time that could be heard even with doors and windows closed however it wasn’t loud enough to stop us from sleeping.

Fun and relaxing.

Great location and beautiful apartment with a great patio. Everything inside was fantastic, but outdoor furniture is unfortuantely becoming a victim of the UV rays. We were accomodated for our check in and check out times which made our stay uncomplicated. Overall highly recommend this property - well managed.

Great location

Lovely property with easy access to beach and Old Town. Balcony had lots of space for meals and lounging. We enjoyed breakfasts and dinners outside when the hot Portugal sun wasn’t baking the deck!

Perfect Location

The whole experience was wonderful. We really wanted to be in a place that was walkable, but a little removed from the center of the action. And this did exactly that. We very much appreciated that we could without much planning or effort get to the Old Town, and grab dinner, or hit the beach, or whatever we wanted to do.

Fabulous Apartment

Fabulous modern apartment with stunning views over the rooftops to the sea. Large balcony area accomodated 4 adults easily for eating, socialising and sunbathing. The apartment was tastefully decorated with everything you need for a self catering relaxing holiday. Within walking distance of the Old Town which means you are able to hear some of the night time entertainment faintly which wasn't a problem for us. Excellent communication with Thomas from booking to departure who was friendly and helpful throughout - hope to return and would recommend
