The villa is located in a private gated community, with private parking and electric car charging station.With inclusive Wifi, international cable subscription and flatscreen TV´s throughout, contemporary design furnishings and a modern kitchen with full appliances the villa is a great choice for a family or up to 6 people traveling.Step off the deck into your own massive private heated pool. The pool heating system raises the temperature by approximately 3°C to 5°C warmer than a pool that is not heated. It has a jacuzzi in the hot tub by Artesian Spas, or you can enjoy family games in the private garden, with a local skate park and sports centre just around the corner.All the famous beaches and Albufeira old town is only a short 2 min taxi ride away or a leisurely 20-30 minute walk from the villa.A modern kitchen with full appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher, oven & microwave enables you to make the most of the indoor or outdoor dining areas whether for an early morning coffee or dining al fresco. The outdoor deck is the perfect place to enjoy Summer evenings & if you are celebrating a special occasion we can even arrange for a private chef to make the evening memorable!A great choice for a family or friends up to 6 people as the villa has 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms with double bed bedroom located on the ground floor with it’s own separate full bathroom. Upstairs leads to the master en- suite bedroom overlooking the garden & a twin bedroom with another private full bathroom also leads out onto a terrace and patio with a state of the art designer Artesian Spas hot tub , capable of fitting 5-6 persons - perfect for catching the sun or cooling off and relaxing in the evening.The Municipality of Albufeira charges a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night of stay, for all guests aged 13 or older, during the period from April 1st to October 31st, with a maximum of seven consecutive nights. This amount will be paid directly to the Municipality a few days before arrival and is not included in the quotes generated on our website, so we kindly ask you to take this into consideration.We would also like to clarify that parties/events are strictly prohibited on this property.

We loved our stay in Design Villa OCV. The Villa/Townhouse in outskirts of Albufeira is fully equipped, 3 spacious bedrooms all with loads of wardrobe space, 2 with ensuite and one with a separate bathroom right outside, large living space with kitchen dining area and lounge. It had pretty much everything you would need for a lovely family holiday. I travelled with my wife and 2 young children. (6 & 4 years old) and we all loved it. The private pool was great, just about big enough and also heated so that was a real bonus, and the pool guy came 2-3 times in the week to maintain it. The hot tub is located on the balcony off the second bedroom upstairs and it was nice to use this especially in the evenings once it had cooled off a bit. The villa is part of a complex of about 6-7 Villas in it own secure compound and has it's own parking space along and there are visitor spaces as well if you had visitors. The only downside is that it the location is a bit of a way to the main parts of Albufeira (The Old Town/The Strip/The Marina etc) if you want to go out for the evening. As the kids are young we ate at the villa most nights and used Uber Eats to get a couple of takeaways but we did go out a couple of evenings and it was so easy to get an Uber which only cost about 5 Euros each way in total so if you did want to go out late in Albufeira it wasn't too bad at all. Weather was amazing all week, we will most likely return to the Villa sometime in the future.
