This elegant 4-bedroom villa offers comfort and convenience throughout your stay. On the ground floor, you'll find one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a guest WC. The spacious living and dining area overlooks the pool, and the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare your favourite meals.



Upstairs, there are two suites: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and another with twin beds and a bathroom with shower.



The basement is designed for fun, featuring a games room with pool table and foosball, a minibar, and a bathroom with shower.



Outdoors, guests can enjoy the private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra), sun loungers for soaking up the sun, an outdoor dining area, a lounge space, and a barbecue for al fresco meals.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.

From the 9th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.



In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
