This modern second floor apartment, located in an enviable frontline position offers stunning views across Albufeira Marina. It has a luxury and cool interior with a large bedroom with a double bed, a large living room with a double sofa bed, has a balcony with a unique view for all the marinas complex. In the apartment there is also a fully furnished kitchen where you can find everything you need and a bathroom. Outside - Sun beds and parasols are provided for your own use around the pool which has a shallow end approx. 1.5 meter deep and deep end approx. 3 meter deep, pool side shower and toilets. The apartments are very secure with gated entrance to each block, videophone access to the apartment and 24 hour onsite security on all floors, garage and pool area for your safety (security included in rental). Choose from the outdoor parking or parking bay in secured underground garage.The apartments are in the heart of the Albufeira Marina with direct access to all amenities and the bustle of old town and the strip only 15 minutes walk away.
