Garden Hill Albuhera is a spectacular, new apartment, decorated with good taste and comfort. Ideal for 1 couple with 2 children. Garden Hill is equipped with air conditioning. The master bedroom has direct access to the balcony with garden views. The bathroom has a hydromassage bathtub so you can enjoy a relaxing bath. The open-concept living room to the kitchen is also very well equipped, with LCD TV, cable channels and internet. It also has direct access to the balcony with relaxation space and direct access to the swimming pool and garden. The swimming pool area is very pleasant and private.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, however within the building you will have to go down to the -2 floor. On the other hand, it has private and direct access from the balcony to the swimming pool, with a beautiful garden and views of the swimming pool from your balcony.

The location of Garden Hill is excellent because you can walk to the historic centre of the city, to the nearest beach which is about 150 metres away or to the marina which is about 800 metres away.

Ideal for those who want to park their car in the garage and move around on foot to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and many other services available just a few minutes' walk away.



Algarve Shopping and the famous Piri-Piri Chicken from Guia, the famous beaches of São Rafael, Galé, Salgados and golf courses are 10 minutes' drive away. As well as Aquashow, Slide and Splash and Zoomarine are within a few minutes' drive.

We were pleasantly surprised how wonderful this property was and the pictures depicted them just as nice as it really was. We stayed for two weeks and found the property management was always responsive. The kitchen was well stocked, bed was comfortable and we ate many of our meals on the patio. The patio was large enough and just a short walk to the pool. The only cons are that it is at the top of a very steep hill and it is 5 flights down with no elevators. So either you should be in pretty good shape or it will get you into shape. This would NOT detract us from staying here again. The pros are it was so close and a short walking distance to the old town and hundreds of restaurants/shopping and the beach tunnel was still an easy walk. The laundry washing machine was a huge plus as well. It is a safe area to walk at night and there is parking if you decide to rent a car to see other towns in the area. However, it is so close to everything a car would not be required if you plan to stay just in Albufeira. We would definitely recommend staying here.
