The spacious living and dining area offers a bright and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for relaxing and spending quality time after a sunny day. On the ground floor, there is a comfortable double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, ensuring convenience for all guests.



Upstairs, you will find a double en-suite bedroom with a bathtub and a balcony with panoramic views, a twin bedroom, a spacious double bedroom, and an additional bathroom with a bathtub, providing comfort and privacy throughout.



The kitchen is fully equipped and features a practical dining area, ideal for enjoying meals together with family or friends.



The annex provides additional space, including a kitchenette, a bedroom/living area with two bunk beds, and a bathroom with a shower, making it perfect for larger families or groups of friends.



Outside, the villa offers a fantastic heatable pool (additional cost), surrounded by a relaxing area and a BBQ space, perfect for outdoor dining and laid-back moments. There is also private parking for up to four vehicles.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 12 guests

From the 13th to the 16th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.



In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
