Villa Serena is a stunning 4-bedroom residence set within well-maintained gardens, offering an elegant and tranquil environment for families or groups seeking a relaxing stay near the beaches and amenities of Guia.



The living and dining room is spacious and bright, creating a welcoming space for moments of socialising and rest, with direct access to the outside.



On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with double beds en suite, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, ensuring comfort and privacy.



On the first floor there is a bedroom with two single beds en suite with shower and a bedroom with a double bed en suite with bathtub, as well as an inviting terrace to relax outdoors.



The kitchen is fully equipped, offering a functional and organised space for preparing family meals, with practical access to the outdoor area.



On the outside, the villa features a private swimming pool, heated pool (additional cost), surrounded by well-maintained gardens, as well as a dining area next to the gas barbecue, perfect for enjoying the sunny days of the Algarve.



Located in a quiet area near Guia, Villa Serena is close to beaches, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the vibrant attractions of Albufeira.



The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €250 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 8 guests.

From the 9th to the 12th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
