Villa Santa Maria has a few house rules in place to ensure a pleasant stay. A safety deposit of 200 € will be required one week before entering the house, and this amount will be refunded up to one week after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property. Guests are welcome to bring pets, but this should be requested in advance. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, and parties are also not allowed to ensure the tranquility of the surroundings.
