The apartment itself has a balcony with a breathtaking view over the beautiful sea and the modern marina AS WELL AS a balcony overlooking the beautiful saltwater swimming pools with waterfall and lush tropical gardens.

The modern kitchen with a view of the pools is equipped with all amenities, such as: dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooker, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster and washing machine.

In addition, the apartment has a fully equipped bathroom with shower, hydromassage bath, washbasin, toilet and bidet.

From the lovingly furnished living room, you have a breathtaking view over the beautiful sea and the modern marina.

Due to the unique location of the apartment, the apartment will remain cool even during the hot summers in Portugal.



Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by our local customer service representative, who will take care of (among other things) the following: handing over the keys and providing instructions and explanations about the various facilities.

At the end of your stay, our customer service representative will either accompany you out and/or take care of the key return procedure.

The modern private area Encosta da Orada, built in 2008, is located in a quiet area of Albufeira, only 10-15 walking minutes from the charming and lively old town of Albufeira and the beautiful fisherman's beach.

Beyond the old town, you will find many cosy restaurants, cafés, cocktail bars and souvenir shops.

During the day and in the evening, you can also enjoy several good street artists and live music there.



Every half hour, you can board the red bus line at the intersection with the dolphins or at the Albufeira Jardim Hotel.

Taxis in Albufeira are affordable and are available at the apartment within minutes upon request.

We also strongly recommend using the UBER taxi service.
