A wonderful experience

We really enjoyed our time in this house. The outdoor area is beautiful and the whole place is bigger than it appears in the photos.The location is great, quiet but also easy walk or drive to beaches and town. The manager was very easy to contact. A couple window curtains were broken on arrival but the manager was helpful in getting them fixed. The kitchen could be a bit better stocked (salt, spices, sugar etc were not provided) but it had all of the essential cookware. The charcoal barbecue was great.

Worst experience ever

We were in the taxi from Faro to the villa in Quinta Da Balaia. I called the housekeeper/cleaner that we would be a little bit late, she asked us what day we were coming and she thought we would come 1 day later. We arrived at the villa and we saw a group of 18 boys in the villa. We asked if we could look around and they let us have a look. The pool was broken (it was green) and litterly anything that you could think of was broken. After a couple hours standing in the burning sun and alot of phone calls we got a place to stay. The first day was completly ruined. The next day we had to leave the villas we had for the first night at 3. We could go in the other villla at 9. So we had 6 hours again where we couldn't do anything because of our luggage. First 2 days where ruined. We saw that everything was broken. We couldn't use the pool, the tv was broken, paintings were cut, it smelled like sigarettes, chairs were broken, the couch had burning holes in them. We asked for the money of the first 2 nights back and Isabel told us we would get the money refunded. The cleaner would come every day to clean for 1 hour but she didn't come the whole week. Nobody spoke a word of english. Absolute nightmare. I would recommend this villa at all. Isabel is not nice and doesn't respond to your emails. The villa doesn't look like a thing on the pictures.

Beautiful villa in ideal location

We stayed in this villa in April 2017. It was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Extremely spacious and could easily and comfortably sleep up to 15 people. The garden is a perfect sun trap, secluded from the neighbors with plenty of sun beds to go around. The pool is an ideal size. The outdoor dining area and BBQ were used every night. The villa is located in a small complex with a shop and restaurant, tennis courts etc. which was fairly quiet at the time of year we stayed. However, you are ideally located to travel to vilanova which cost about €3 euros in a taxi and the old town and marina is just a little bit further out costing about €6 in a cab. I would highly recommend this villa and hope to return to stay again sometime.

We stayed in this Villa for a week and we really enjoyed our stay,there's 9 adults+5 kids but still quite spacious and comfortable.Kitchen is fully equipped with all basic needs,some maybe old like the dishwasher or washing machine but still working.Swimming pool was well maintained for the week and same for the house by a lovely lady (Fatima).Location of villa is accessible,2 mins to a mini shop or bar. 20mins walk or €5 taxi ride to the strip for great night out or for choices of restaurants,same distance to some beautiful beaches too.Overall,great villa for holiday with whole family or with group of friends.

Casa molto bella, in una zona vicina al centro di Albufeira e alle spiagge (muovendosi in auto).Costruita in modo eccellente con un bagno in ogni stanza e una splendida zona BBQ all'esterno. Bella la piscina e il giardino con erba artificiale di qualità.Il proprietario si è dimostrato attento e super disponibile nel venirci incontro per un paio di contrattempi incontrati.Unica nota, parte del mobilio interno della casa andrebbe sistemato in quanto non più in perfette condizioni.

Leuke villa

Wij zijn met een groep van 12 jongens gegaan en de villa was geweldig. Hoewel het wat verder van de Strip ligt, is alles perfect te regelen met Uber en het is niet duur. Je hebt twee auto's van 6 personen nodig om naar de Strip te gaan. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en er kwam midden in de week iemand schoonmaken. De airco's en badkamers zijn goed en elke slaapkamer heeft zijn eigen airco en badkamer. Je kunt de hele villa ook op alarm zetten als je dat wilt, wat voor sommigen prettig kan zijn.

Wat een top week!

We zijn met een aantal vrienden naar albufeira geweest en hebben dit huis geboekt. Het was echt top. Super mooi groot huis met een mooie locatie. Strip zit redelijk dichtbij. Het wordt goed schoongemaakt door de schoonmakers en het is goed beveiligd. Echt genoten!

Comfortable, spacious and cozy holiday villa

The house was big, nice bedrooms, nice living room and a garden with a big artificial grass field and nice pool which is around 2 m deep at one side. Perfect for big families or for a group of youngsters. A good but complicated alarm system. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Distance to centre Albufeira and the Strip around 25 minutes walking. Closest supermarket at 20 minutes walking. A few things were broken, like the dishwasher and a poolchair but we had an amazing holiday in this house.

Das Haus selbst und der Garten, sowie der Pool waren okay. Die Einrichtung überholungsbedürftig ( auch zu alt ) Es fehlt an Gläsern , Tassen usw. Das Haus ist für 13 Personen eingerichtet, dann muß auch genügend Geschirr vorhanden sein. Außentüren zum Teil nicht abschließbar! Insgesamt überwiegen die positiven Dinge.

Perfect villa

We went to Albufeira with a group of 11 friends. This villa was perfect for us! We spent a lot of time in the garden which was very nice and comfortable. The house was also ideal for us. Every room had its own bathroom and a big closet. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the kitchen. The stove did not work well and all the glasses and plates were still dirty when we arrived. The kitchen did not have any wipes or towels to clean with and basics like salt, pepper and oil were missing. Besides this, we had an amazing week we will never forget!

A great stay

It was a wonderful stay in the villa for a group of 11 people. Everything is just as said and shown on the announcement, or even better. Location is great, just before the entrance in Albufeira, the closest beach is 20min walking (but the one called Praia de Falesia is even better !) The only negative point was some parts of the garden and pool had not been cleant before our arrival, there were some few party leftovers of the prior guests.
