This villa is within walking distance from the beaches and the centre of the town, where all the restaurants, bares and clubs are, as well as the famous Fisherman's beach. This villa provides a unique experience where you can enjoy a vacation in a quiet and a city environment, in a relaxed atmosphere. Breakage deposit of 700 euros is required, if single parties and or under 27 years it is 150 euros each, payable in cash upon arrival, this is refunded 24 to 48 hours after check out. Fold up beds available, and baby cot provided upon request.
