With a practical layout and generous areas, this house offers several independent zones, ensuring a versatile and relaxing stay.On the ground floor of the main house, there is a bright living room with direct access to the pool, as well as a spacious dining area, perfect for group moments. This floor also includes four bedrooms: one en-suite, one twin, one double, and a large room with one double bed and two single beds. There are also two shared bathrooms on this level.On the first floor, there is an annex with two bedrooms, one twin with a balcony and one double, as well as a living/dining room and access to the terrace.The two ground-floor annexes each have their own kitchen. One features a twin bedroom and the other a double bedroom, both with private bathrooms.The main kitchen of the house is fully equipped, offering all the necessary amenities to prepare meals throughout your stay.Outside, you can enjoy a heatable pool (additional cost), jacuzzi (additional cost), well-maintained garden, barbecue and outdoor dining area, ideal for making the most of the Algarve weather.Located in Branqueira, the villa sits in a peaceful area just minutes from beaches, golf courses and the vibrant bar scene.Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 300 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 18 guests.The 19th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
