Newly listed spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment which has undergone refurbishment and has been freshly painted. The beautiful fully furnished apartment, with all new furniture, appliances and air-conditioning in lounge room and bedrooms, is in a private condominium with a large swimming pool. The apartment is perfectly located in Olhos de Agua and is 500m to the stunning beach. Cafes, shops, bus stop, supermarkets and restaurants are 200m away.

This holiday beach apartment is perfectly located in Albufeira on the stunning Algarve coastline, Portugal, is situated in Olhos de Agua. Albuferia town with its lively nightlife is located a short bus ride away. The Balaia Golf course is very close and the world famous Vilamoura golf course is 20 minutes away.

The apartment has a designated private car space with lift access from the car park.

The apartment consists of:
Bedroom 1 - king bed and built-in wardrobe
Bedroom 2 - two single beds, built-in wardrobe, TV and access to the balcony.
Bathrooms - there are two large bathrooms both with showers and one has a bath. You will also find a washing machine in the built-in cupboard in one bathroom.
Kitchen - A fully equipped kitchen with new oven, dishwasher and large fridge and freezer. There is a microwave, coffee machine, kettle toasters and hand blender for your use.
Lounge - The large lounge room has sofa bed which sleeps 2 people comfortably and an extra large dinning table that seats 6 people. The room has been redecorated and boasts new furniture.
Front deck - a spacious front deck with new outdoor setting available for use is ideal to sit back and capture the morning and days sun.
Wifi and cable TV is available in the apartment

Guest access

The apartment is self-contained and is suited for short or long stays. There a large pool with deck chairs and the complex is serviced by a lift. The apartments are accessible using a swipe fob for car entry.

Interaction with guests

I won't be available in person but the property manager will meet and greet you when you arrive at the apartment and be your main point of contact for the duration of your stay

The apartment is ideal for families and couples who wish to enjoy the peaceful and relaxed atmosphere of Olhos de Agua. The apartment is not suited for larger groups who enjoy the more energetic atmosphere. There are strict 'house rules' in place to ensure that other residents in the development do not have cause for complaint.
