Villa Lion Beach is a spacious and welcoming residence, ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing holiday in the Algarve. Located in a quiet area of Albufeira, it combines comfort, privacy and proximity to beaches and the city's main services.



The spacious open-plan living room, with a dining area, creates a welcoming environment for moments of socialising and relaxation. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring additional comfort during your stay.



On the first floor, the villa has three bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and two single beds en suite with a bathtub, one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed en suite with a bathtub, and a third bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, perfect for large families or groups that value space and comfort.



The kitchen is fully equipped, offering all the conditions to prepare meals at home with convenience. The villa also features a games room with a snooker table and table football, ideal for moments of group fun.



On the exterior, you will find a heated private pool (additional cost), outdoor dining area and a portable BBQ, perfect for enjoying the sunny days and mild evenings of the Algarve.



Located just a few minutes from Albufeira's beaches, shops and restaurants, Villa Lion Beach is the ideal retreat for those seeking rest, leisure and a privileged location.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €250 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 11 guests.

From the 12th to the 14th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
