Villa Pérola is an impressive and spacious dwelling, ideal for families and groups seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Montechoro. The living and dining room is large, welcoming and perfect for moments of togetherness.



On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, all en suite with shower, including a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with five single beds and a bedroom with two single beds. This floor also has a service bathroom.



On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, one of them en suite with a shower. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower that serves the remaining bedrooms on this floor.



The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, providing all the conditions to prepare meals with ease during your stay.



On the outside, the well-maintained garden surrounds the heated swimming pool (additional cost) and the dining area next to the barbecue, creating a perfect environment to relax and enjoy the Algarve climate.



Pearl Villa is located in Montechoro, close to the beach, bars, restaurants and various amenities, allowing for practical and well-spent holidays.



The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €250 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 15 guests.

From the 16th to the 19th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
