Villa Pérola is a spacious and impressive villa located in Montechoro, Albufeira. This property is approximately 2km from the region's best beaches, as well as all amenities, and will be the perfect home for your holiday, especially if you are looking for a car-free vacation.



The villa has 6 bedrooms with a maximum capacity of 15 + 4 people, distributed as follows: 3 double rooms on the first floor (one of them with a private bathroom) and 3 rooms on the ground floor (one with 5 single beds and two with 2 single beds each - all with private bathrooms). The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, as well as Wi-Fi, which is available throughout the house.



The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all the conditions to prepare meals for your family. The living/dining room is fully furnished, providing guests with maximum comfort.



In the outdoor area, you will find an excellent well-maintained garden and the pleasant pool (heatable as an optional extra) where you can spend good moments with family. There is also an outdoor dining area, where you have a barbecue available to prepare your grills on warm summer nights.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 15 guests

From the 16th to the 19th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.



In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
