There is a bike path and a pedestrian zone from the complex to the old town. The complex has two swimming pools, one for children and adults, a tennis court and a restaurant. This Villa is perfect for families with children. Safe place where you can park your car without problems. Also, we can get a transfer from / to the airport, at an extra cost.



This complex is ideal for families seeking rest and a holiday away from the hustle and bustle. The pool is great and we are careful to only accept families so this is a cozy space.



We are asking to pay electricity bills on side during LONG TERM RESERVATION OF 25 DAYS OR MORE.



In this space you can use the pool area (swimming pool for adults and for children). You can also use the tennis court and ping-pong table. There is a park, so your car will be safe. in the same complex there is still a restaurant with prices in mind that you can use.

Taking in consideration the principals of hygiene and security we won´t leave any products of hygiene, cleaning or food related.



DAMAGE DEPOSIT - Please note that if you are a customer under the age of 25 or a group to party, you will have to pay a damage deposit upon check in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be returned at the time of check out.
